Tiredness, immunity and recovery

Why persistent tiredness is worth looking into

Low energy rarely has one cause. Poor sleep, long working hours, ongoing stress, a recent infection, a restricted diet or a gap in nutrients can each leave you drained, and several often overlap.

This is a wellness service and it does not replace your GP. No IV Drip or Vitamin Injection is offered before we have assessed you in person.

01

Everyday energy

Waking up tired, an afternoon slump, or ordinary tasks feeling harder than they used to.

02

Immunity

Picking up one cold after another, or feeling run down for weeks at a time.

03

Recovery

Taking longer to bounce back after an illness, a heavy training block, travel or a stressful stretch at work.

What drains energy

Common contributors we look at with you

Fatigue often builds slowly from several sources at once. Taking supplements on a guess can blur the picture, so we try to understand the likely cause first.

01

Sleep and stress

Short or broken sleep and long periods of pressure affect how rested you feel, however much you try to catch up at weekends.

02

Nutrition and absorption

A limited diet, skipped meals or poor absorption in the gut can leave you low in iron, vitamin D or B vitamins.

03

Recent illness

A viral infection or a run of colds can leave you tired for some time afterwards. Recovery often takes longer than people expect.

The two clinic options

IV Drips and Vitamin Injections, explained plainly

No drip or injection price is published on this page. Whether either option suits you, and which one, is decided after your assessment.

Everyday Energy

IV Drips

Suitability decided at assessment

An IV Drip delivers fluids and nutrients into a vein through a small cannula while you sit and rest in the clinic. We only discuss it once we know what may be behind your tiredness.

Recovery Support

Vitamin Injections

Suitability decided at assessment

A Vitamin Injection is given into a muscle, usually in the upper arm. It may be discussed when a specific nutrient gap is relevant to what we find.

Consultation fee: £120. This is deductible from the cost of treatment if you decide to proceed with the recommended plan.

What we ask about at an energy assessment

We cannot confirm eligibility for either option, or how you will respond, before we meet.

1

How you feel

When the tiredness started, how you sleep, your workload, how often you fall ill and how long recovery takes.

2

Medicines and results

The medicines and supplements you take, plus any recent blood results. Bring copies so we can read them together.

3

Next steps

We explain whether an IV Drip, a Vitamin Injection, a blood test or the wider RC Vitality Method makes more sense, and agree when to review.

Where to start

Energy support or a fuller vitality review?

Energy, Immunity & Recovery suits a focused concern such as tiredness or slow recovery. The RC Vitality Method looks further ahead, at metabolism, ageing and life stage, with optional testing.

Everyday Energy If tiredness during the day is the main thing you want looked at.
Recovery Support If you feel run down after illness, travel or a demanding few months.
RC Vitality Method If you would like a broader health review with blood tests and a structured plan.

Benefits of Energy, Immunity & Recovery

An energy and recovery assessment in London gives you a setting to explore your concerns before considering any clinic option. This pathway focuses on your health context and priorities rather than selecting support from a menu.

Your wellbeing priorities heard

The consultation explores what you have noticed and the circumstances around it. Your own experience is the starting point for the clinical discussion.

Recovery considered in context

What recovery means within your routine is explored alongside your reason for seeking support. This helps clarify the priorities you wish to discuss.

Health information reviewed

Relevant history and current care are considered before a recommendation. Clinical judgement determines whether any clinic option should be discussed.

A personalised explanation

Where an option is appropriate, its clinical details and relevant considerations are explained privately. Guidance reflects your assessment rather than an assumed wellbeing benefit.

Consultation will establish whether further assessment or support is appropriate. Book a consultation.

Energy and recovery

Your energy questions

What is Energy, Immunity & Recovery?

It is an appointment for persistent tiredness, frequent illness and slow recovery. It brings our IV Drips and Vitamin Injections under one assessment, so the likely cause is considered before any option.

How do you decide between an IV Drip and a Vitamin Injection?

We look at what you tell us, the medicines you take and any blood results. Sometimes neither is appropriate, and a blood test or a change in routine comes first.

What should I bring?

A list of your medicines and supplements, any recent blood test results and a note of when your symptoms began. This gives us a clearer starting point.

Can I come if I am already seeing my doctor?

Yes. Tell us about any treatment you are receiving so we can take it into account. If something you describe needs medical attention, we will say so and suggest you contact your GP.

Can eligibility or a result be confirmed in advance?

No. Eligibility is assessed in person and individual responses vary, so we do not promise a specific result.

How is an energy and recovery assessment different from the RC Vitality Method?

An energy and recovery assessment begins with a focused wellbeing concern, while the RC Vitality Method provides a wider framework for reviewing current context and longer-term priorities. We discuss what you want assessed before recommending a starting point. The RC Vitality Method page explains its structured approach and the assessment options that may be considered when clinically relevant.

Can I attend a wellness assessment without agreeing to further care?

Yes, you can attend to discuss your priorities without committing to further care. We begin with your current context and relevant health information. Any recommendation is explained after that review, so you have the opportunity to ask questions before deciding. A consultation does not establish that a clinic option is suitable or that you should proceed.

How does current medical care affect an energy and recovery assessment?

Your current care forms part of the information we review before discussing any clinic-based option. We consider it alongside the reason you are seeking support and your relevant history. This wellness pathway does not replace your GP or medical team. If you have symptoms needing medical attention, please seek appropriate medical care rather than relying on a wellness appointment.

What happens if no clinic option is recommended after my wellness assessment?

We explain the assessment and why a clinic option is not recommended. You do not need to choose a route before your visit, and the discussion can end without a treatment plan. Our recommendation depends on your individual context. You can book a consultation to explore your questions with that clinical boundary in place.
