Tiredness and brain fog
Feeling tired even after a full night, losing focus, or finding it harder to keep up at work and at home.
RC Vitality Method for women
A review for women noticing changes in energy, sleep, cycle, mood or weight, from the late thirties through perimenopause, menopause and beyond, with blood tests where they help.
Book Women’s VitalityWhat women ask us about
Many women notice shifts in energy, sleep, mood and weight years before menopause. These can be early signs of perimenopause, and they are easy to put down to stress or a busy life.
Hormones are one possible influence among several. Low iron, thyroid changes, poor sleep and stress can produce similar symptoms, so we look at them together.
Feeling tired even after a full night, losing focus, or finding it harder to keep up at work and at home.
Difficulty falling or staying asleep, night sweats and waking unrefreshed, which often change around perimenopause.
Irregular periods, PMS that feels worse than before, and the move into menopause.
How the method works for women
Women’s Vitality follows the RC Vitality Method stages, with questions and tests chosen for women’s health at your stage of life.
We talk through your cycle, any pregnancies, contraception, the symptoms you have noticed and your family history.
Blood tests may look at iron stores, thyroid function and vitamin D, alongside other markers where they are relevant to you.
We agree priorities such as sleep, nutrition, strength training or further assessment, and explain your options before you decide.
Symptoms around perimenopause often change over time, so planned reviews or membership can be discussed.
Hormone Optimisation
Hormonal shifts can affect energy, sleep, mood, muscle tone and libido. Symptoms alone do not prove a hormonal cause, so we look at the full picture first.
Hormone Optimisation is one option we may discuss after assessment. It is never offered on the strength of symptoms alone, and it is not right for everyone.
RC Vitality Method fees
The fee is £180, the same as the RC Vitality Method. OligoScan, GlycanAge and blood tests are separate and only suggested when relevant.

Part of a wider method
The RC Vitality Method sets the stages. Women’s Vitality chooses the questions and tests for perimenopause, menopause and other changes across a woman’s life.
A women's health assessment in London offers a structured opportunity to discuss changes in energy, sleep and wellbeing. Women’s Vitality reviews your experience alongside relevant history before considering further assessment or a personalised plan.
Everyday energy, stamina and how restored you feel can be discussed within your wider health and lifestyle context. A cause is not assumed before assessment.
Sleep quality and your experience of coping with daily demands may form part of the review. These concerns are considered alongside one another.
The process moves from what you have noticed into a more organised review of relevant information. This helps guide the next step rather than a predetermined recommendation.
Blood tests or additional assessment tools may be considered when they can add relevant information to the clinical picture.
Consultation will clarify whether further testing or assessment is appropriate. Book a consultation.
Women’s health
You can talk about tiredness, sleep, mood, weight, your cycle, perimenopause and menopause, as well as any results you already have.
No. Women come to us at different stages, including those with irregular periods, those noticing changes in their late thirties and those well past menopause.
Not automatically. If testing would help, we explain which blood tests we suggest and why. The choice depends on your symptoms and history.
It is the name for our assessment of whether a hormonal option is appropriate for you. It depends on your history, symptoms and results, and on a clinical decision about suitability.
No. Symptoms alone are never enough. Any prescription requires an individual assessment and a clinical decision.
It is the women’s route through the same four stages, with questions and tests chosen for women’s health.
Women’s Vitality applies the RC Vitality Method to women's changing wellbeing priorities and life stages. Men’s Vitality uses the same assessment framework with a different focus for its clinical conversation. Both consider the individual context before recommendations are made. The Men’s Vitality page explains that route if you want to compare how the assessment is organised.
Blood tests are considered when they could contribute useful information to your assessment; they are not automatically required before you attend. We start by reviewing what you have noticed alongside relevant history and current care. If testing is appropriate, we explain the clinical question it may help address and discuss the associated fees before you decide.
No, symptoms alone do not establish the cause of a change in your wellbeing. We review them alongside your history and available clinical information before discussing whether further assessment is appropriate. More than one influence may be relevant. The next step can involve monitoring or another clinical review, depending on what the information supports.
Yes, you decide whether to proceed after we explain the findings and any appropriate next steps. Further care is not assumed simply because you have attended the consultation. We discuss the reasons for a recommendation and its clinical boundaries. You can book a Women’s Vitality consultation to begin with that review, without choosing an ongoing plan first.
