Energy
How your energy holds through the day, and whether it has changed with work, travel, family life or age.
A longer-term health review
A structured review of energy, recovery, metabolic health and ageing. We use your history, blood tests and, where relevant, OligoScan or GlycanAge to plan ahead.

Many people come to us feeling broadly well but aware that something has shifted: energy dips, slower recovery after exercise, changes in weight or sleep. The method looks at those changes in order and records a starting point you can compare against later.
Where relevant, we combine what you tell us with blood tests and tools such as OligoScan or GlycanAge. Each measure has limits, so we read them together.
How your energy holds through the day, and whether it has changed with work, travel, family life or age.
How quickly you recover after exercise, illness or poor sleep. This is often one of the first things people notice changing.
Weight around the middle, blood sugar and other markers that tend to change with age and can be followed over the years.
The method
The RC Vitality Method runs in four stages. Each one has its own purpose, and you decide at the end whether to continue.
We ask about energy, sleep, exercise, diet, stress, past illness, family history and the medicines and supplements you take.
We read any recent results you bring and decide whether blood tests, OligoScan or GlycanAge would answer a question you have.
We set out a small number of priorities, such as sleep, nutrition or further testing, in an order that suits your life.
You choose whether to come back for a planned review, join a membership or stop there.
Understand Your Health
The RC Vitality consultation is £180. Blood tests, OligoScan and GlycanAge are separate and only suggested when they would add something.
RC Vitality Method
£180
The first appointment covers your history, current health, lifestyle and the four stages, with agreed next steps.
Optional assessment
£125
A non-invasive reading taken from the palm of the hand, used to look at minerals and trace elements. We explain what it can and cannot show.
Optional assessment
£375
A blood test that looks at glycans, sugar molecules attached to antibodies, as a marker linked with inflammation and biological ageing.
Clinical testing
Available
Blood tests can look at areas such as iron, vitamin D, thyroid function, blood sugar and cholesterol. The panel and fee depend on the questions we are trying to answer.
None of these tests is included automatically or required to start.
Reading the results
Results are most useful when they are read alongside how you feel. A single number is a snapshot, so we look for patterns and repeat tests only when there is a reason.
Show how parts of the body are working on the day of the sample, which helps us spot gaps worth following up.
OligoScan and GlycanAge add a different angle. Neither is a diagnosis, and neither replaces a blood test.
Repeating a measure after a period of change shows whether your priorities are moving in the right direction.
Dedicated vitality pathways
Women’s and Men’s Vitality use the same four stages, with questions and tests chosen for different concerns and life stages.
A health and vitality assessment in London brings your concerns and relevant clinical information into one conversation. The RC Vitality Method considers everyday energy, recovery and future priorities before shaping any individual plan.
Your experience of energy is reviewed alongside lifestyle and health information. The aim is to understand your starting point rather than assume a cause.
The demands around recovery form part of the wider clinical picture. Your routine and what matters to you help guide this discussion.
Blood tests, OligoScan or GlycanAge may be discussed where they can contribute to assessment. Selected tools support clinical review rather than replace it.
Your future wellbeing priorities help shape an assessment-led plan. Review can provide continuity as needs and available information change.
Individual consultation determines which assessment elements are appropriate for you. Book a consultation.
About the method
It is our longer-term health review. It moves through Discover, Review, Optimise and Continue or Membership, and can include blood tests and assessment tools where they are useful.
Discover gathers your history and how you feel. Review looks at results and decides on any testing. Optimise turns the findings into a short list of priorities.
Yes. We can arrange blood tests when they would answer a specific question about your health. The panel and its fee depend on what we are looking at.
No. Both are optional, and we only suggest them when the result could change what we recommend.
It means we base the plan on measured information where we can, such as blood results, as well as on how you feel.
At the end of Optimise you choose whether to book planned reviews, join a membership or stop. Nothing is assumed from this page.
Blood tests are not automatically required before your first appointment. The consultation is the starting point, and we decide whether testing could add relevant information after reviewing your context. Please avoid assuming that a particular test is needed from symptoms alone. We explain any proposed testing and associated fees before you decide whether to arrange it.
The £180 fee covers the RC Vitality Method consultation, a clinical review of your context and relevant history with discussion of appropriate next steps. Additional assessments are separate and are considered only when relevant. We explain any proposed assessment and its fees before you choose. You can book a vitality consultation without selecting extra tests in advance.
A health and vitality assessment considers your experience alongside relevant history and available clinical information. A single test provides one part of that picture and does not determine the plan by itself. We review findings together before discussing proportionate next steps. Further information may be considered if it could answer a relevant clinical question raised during your consultation.
Women’s Vitality and Men’s Vitality are dedicated routes within the same RC Vitality Method framework. Their conversations focus on the priorities relevant to each person and life stage, while both begin with consultation and clinical review. We assess your individual context before recommending next steps. The Women’s Vitality page explains one of these focused routes in more detail.
