RC Vitality Method for men

Book Men’s VitalityWhat men ask us about
Many men put tiredness down to age or a busy job. Long hours, little sleep, alcohol, less exercise and weight gain can all play a part, and they often feed into each other.
We also ask about snoring and broken sleep. Poor sleep quality is a common and often overlooked reason for daytime tiredness.
Losing concentration in the afternoon, relying on caffeine, or struggling with long days and travel.
Feeling sore for longer after exercise, losing strength or finding sessions harder than before.
Weight around the waist, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol, which matter more with age.
How the method works for men
Men’s Vitality follows the RC Vitality Method stages, with questions and tests chosen for the concerns men raise with us.
We talk about work, sleep, training, alcohol, diet and any family history of heart disease or diabetes.
Blood tests may look at blood sugar, cholesterol, liver function and other markers that relate to your symptoms.
We set out priorities such as sleep, training load, diet or further tests, in an order that fits your working week.
Planned reviews show whether measures such as weight or blood sugar are moving, and membership can be discussed.
A plan built around your results
Many men assume that tiredness or a lower drive means low testosterone. Sleep, stress, weight, alcohol, thyroid function and some medicines can cause similar changes.
We look at those factors first and only consider hormonal testing when your history points to it.
RC Vitality Method fees
The fee is £180, as for the RC Vitality Method. OligoScan, GlycanAge and blood tests are extras, suggested only when they are relevant to you.
RC Vitality Method
£180

Optional assessment
£125
A quick palm reading of minerals and trace elements, used when it relates to a question in your review.
Optional assessment
£375
A blood test linked with inflammation and biological ageing, explained in full before you decide on it.
Blood test fees depend on the panel. You can start Men’s Vitality without any of these extras.
Getting ready
If you already track your health, bring it. Data from a watch or fitness app can be useful context.
How often you exercise, what you do and how recovery feels, or the app you use to record it.
Results from any work medical, NHS Health Check or recent blood test, plus your blood pressure if you know it.
Everything you take, including supplements, protein products and anything prescribed for blood pressure or cholesterol.
Part of a wider method
The RC Vitality Method sets the four stages. Men’s Vitality applies them to energy at work, fitness, weight and long-term heart and metabolic health.
A men's health assessment in London brings energy, sleep and performance concerns into a structured clinical review. Men’s Vitality considers your current health information and priorities before recommending any further testing or individual plan.
Changes in concentration, motivation and everyday energy can be explored alongside your wider health picture. The discussion begins with your own experience.
Sleep quality, exercise tolerance and whether you feel restored may form part of the assessment. Training and daily demands provide useful context.
Relevant history, lifestyle and available clinical information are reviewed together. This helps avoid treating a performance concern as an isolated issue.
Where ongoing support is appropriate, progress can be reviewed as information and needs change. A fixed plan is not assumed from the outset.
Your consultation will determine whether testing or a tailored plan is suitable. Book a consultation.
Men’s health
You can raise tiredness, sleep, snoring, training, weight, concentration and drive, and bring any results you already have.
Not necessarily. Poor sleep, stress, alcohol and weight can all lower energy. We look at your history before deciding whether a hormone test is worth doing.
Yes, when they would help. We explain which tests we suggest, what each one looks at and the fee before any sample is taken.
Yes, where your history suggests it. A result is read alongside your symptoms and other tests, since one reading on its own can mislead.
No. Many men come to us about energy, sleep, fitness or weight, and hormones are only one part of the review.
We agree how often to review based on what we are tracking, such as weight, blood sugar or sleep. You can stop at any point.
Men’s Vitality uses the method’s four stages and points them at energy, fitness, weight and heart health.
Men’s Vitality focuses its clinical conversation on men's current wellbeing priorities, including the context around physical performance and recovery. Women’s Vitality applies the same RC Vitality Method to women's priorities and life stages. Neither route assumes a cause before assessment. The Women’s Vitality page explains that pathway if you would like to compare the focus of the consultations.
Blood tests are not automatically required before a Men’s Vitality consultation. We first review your experience and relevant health information, then consider whether testing could add useful clinical detail. The choice of tests depends on that review. We explain any proposed testing and the associated fees before you decide whether to arrange further assessment.
Training can be relevant to how you experience physical performance and recovery, so it is considered within your wider clinical context. We also review sleep and current care where these relate to your concern. A change in performance does not identify a cause on its own. The discussion helps us decide what further information, if any, should be reviewed.
We explain what the available information supports and why further treatment is not recommended. An appropriate next step may involve monitoring or a further clinical discussion, depending on your context. Attending an assessment does not commit you to ongoing care. You can book a vitality consultation to explore your concerns before any decision about a plan is made.
